Ok to be 100 percent honest I was going really well all week on the atkins but had a major lapse this weekend! There was carbs left, right and center and also there was chocolate and alcohol. Now its monday and all the craving I had frought so hard to get rid of last week have crept back. Disappointed in myself. Just after eating cereal and chocolate again today. Tomorrow I will start again and keep the carbs low and hopefully wont fall back into the carbloading life I lived before. Tomorrow is a new day so starting again day 1 of induction. xx
