Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Picked a flatter route…just another start to another day…

Ambulance was here yesterday about 6am..man fell in his room…fractured his spine…not good..he’s 96… so hard to tell if he will be coming back here…family and caretakers help take care of him..to keep him here…

Going to do some learning on getting deeper sleep..most of my sleep is rem sleep…don’t get me wrong I’m getting my 8 hours and I’m recovered every morning…was just thinking…deep sleep might be a helper…

Well….lol….it’s that time again…catch up with water/electrolytes…get changed…and thinking of eating breakfast for a change…always hungry after a ride..but lately just been fasting thru it…not sure yet..lol…

Good morning! Happy Tuesday! It’s a happy one here. Windows open, 65 degrees and high 72. Coffee in hand, of course! ☕️ Taking in the quiet in case my contractor comes working on the outside of my house, banging and two barking yorkies! 😱 Sounds like you already ran circles around me, as always! Lol I will get moving in a bit. I hope the man that fell will be ok! Enjoy your breakfast if you decide to break your fast. Have a terrific Tuesday!:)

Haven’t heard any update on the man..but at his age..he’s come back from Covid and from getting weaker…so I’m thinking…he’s gonna make another comeback…

I ate breakfast..and all the time I was sitting at table..I was thinking..why did I eat…lol…so…I just called kitchen..and told them I wouldn’t be down for lunch or supper…my next meal …might be lunch tomorrow…fepending on how I feel…lol…kinda getting to a place where food is food..nothing more…

After breakfast I went back into my fast…gotta say…starting after breakfast makes for what seems like a longer day of fasting..even though it’s the same…plan on doing 28 hour into tomorrow lunch….building up the hours to get use to a longer fasting day…gotta have a plan…lol
