gooooooood morning...back from a morning walk...yeap thats right a morning walk...decided last night that since im usually to tired on the days off that i dont do a weight routine, then i could get 1 or 2 extra hours of sleep an still do a morning walk..be a different workout for me and i enjoy going for a morning walk ...its so peacefull that early in the mornings before most people are up an moving...i leave the house at 445am..and i was back home this morning just alittle before 530am...first walk since dec i think...and the thought of going for a morning walk every other day is a way to get a differnt workout again and enjoy some walking time...its nice to use a treadmill...but just not the same as being out in the morning air and all thats around...well..gonna make the bed an get a bottle of water to refresh...have a great one...

Top of the morning to ya Loosin, When I lived in town I would go for a
nice walk like that. I'd get back home in time to get ready for work.
