Have had several social engagements since commencing Atkins induction and not had a single thing “off plan” at any of them!
I have no scales as I know I will obsess over the result each day, so instead am trying on a pair of jeans that are too small for me.
Excitingly (is that a word?) I could barely get them up over my thunder-thighs 3 weeks ago. Today I could ALMOST do the button up..
