This is my 6th day of Atkins and the first day I've found Fatsecret.com. I love the food trackers here. They help keep me from making the kind of diet mistakes I made the first couple of days. I have 80 more pounds to lose and I am looking forward to it. For the first time, I can eat a lot of good food and still lose weight. It's kind of freeing.
