goooooooood morning...just gave my scales the finger after seeing that it had nothing good to say...my scales is living on borrowed time...first time i get to walmart...im replacing it with one that measures fat as well as weight...i know my gain, which really isnt a gain in weight is just water or muscle cause i tried on the smaller size summer shorts last night an i could button them...so ...take that scales...was awake before the alarm clock went off...shut it off...an fell back asleep...yes i slept thru my morning workout again...its getting to be a bad habit...but i did feel really tired...an even though my mind tryed its best to talk my body into getting up...guess my mind was tired...cause...i wasnt awake very long...o well..tomow is weight/cardio day again and im already looking forward to it...im alittle sore..but its a good sore..will be gone by the time i return to the gym tomow...well guess its breakfast time...an time to get this day started finally...lol..have a great one...

scales. That nasty water gain makes all the dif. but it still can burst
your bubble Huh?? You must have needed the rest or you wouldn't have

thanks bha and fledgist....i got to thinkin about how my white summer shorts fit last night...an decided to tryon the 40s jeans that i got at rummage sale...well lots of sucking it in..but they to buttoned..so take that scales...i kno its coming off even if its not showing on the scales..gaining muscle to burn off the flab...

today is a day of just wanting to shut my eyes an stay in the dark..sinuses are doing their best to make it a difficult day...alot of sneezing...and feeling like crap...already took some golden seal and some sinus spray to try to get on top of it...
