GOOOOOOOOD sunday mornin...just waking up after an 8 hour snooze...lol...nice not to be up an moving at 3am...to get ready to head to the gym..but i am ready to get back into the gym tomarrow an back into my workouts...i have noticed the gain in weight according to the scales...cant seem to stop looking...its a habit...so i tried on the white shorts that fit last week...some of the gain is in my waist..the first place i read it accumulates...and it has...i have been eating more carbs then normally..an im sure a few days in the gym an even though the scales arnt showing it all..an the shorts will be fitting again...not really to worried about it...i kno im in better health now then i was in the beginning...well...plan tomow is to cut an trim grass...neighbor did his last night...im guessing hes got other things to do on monday...sooooo...need to head to the kitchen an nuke some scrambled eggs an get my metabolism started for the day...have a greattttttttt sunday....

And a good morning to you as well. Yeah those carby days are not so good to us.. I do so much better if I cut back on the breads. I do a great deal better during the week.. Hope you have fun at the gym..... Have a great day.........Bren
