This has been a rough week. I binged last Tuesday, and gained 2 lbs because of it. I got back on track, lost those 2 lbs plus a tiny bit more. It is so easy to gain, and freaking hard to lose!
283.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1470 kcal Fat: 56.15g | Prot: 90.03g | Carb: 158.98g.   Breakfast: Great Value Frozen Whole Strawberries, Equate Whey Protein Supplement Vanilla, Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Blueberries. Lunch: Wegmans Peeled Baby Carrots, Sweet Cherries (Queen Anne, Bing), Pecan Nuts , Great River Maple Cinnamon , Blueberries, Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt (170g), Great Value String Cheese. Dinner: Tortilla Corn Chips, Red Salsa, Casa Mamita Traditional Refried Beans, King Taco Al Pastor Taco. more...

Agreed! Every week I gain one or two over the weekend - takes the whole week to even it back out...... GAH!!! 💪 💯 🔥

Yes! It’s a vicious cycle. Have you ever looked into self-guided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? It really helped me break out of the binge cycle - but it did take time!

Yep, I feel ya! Seems like I eat one tiny fattening item and I'm up a couple of pounds. Then I'm on treadmill for 2 weeks trying to lose it!!:

I say it frequently. The struggle is real! Especially in weight loss!

Dont you wish wealth also follow the same rule. Easy to gain money but really hard to lose it.
