Week 4 Day 4


Oh man oh man..... I learned a super tough lesson today that I want to pass on to my buddies. I am sure you all know this already and I guess I forgot..I REMEMBER NOW.

Sooo, I woke up later than I wanted... big surprise, yeah not so much for those who read my journals and are following along on this crazy journey I decided to take almost a month ago. I can't believe its almost been a month, I am excited about my accountability day on Sunday.

Oh, I almost forgot what stupid thing today. Well, I wanted to do Insanity for my cardio today instead of cardio x and I was like "Naw i don't need to eat a snack." I will eat after. FAIL......

My body was not happy at all. I ended up only doing it 1/2 speed if that because I had no energy, no fuel, nada....momma was running on fumes for real. I will not be doing that one again.

Its funny, I usually just eat a lil something and today for some reason I just did not. It was weird....anyway. I won't be repeating that one again.

I had a little retail therapy this afternoon also, which was great. i FINALLY bought some rain boots... I have been wanting some of there forever. I bought some cheesy " I love New York" one's..oh and they were on sale.

Anyway, I made my lunch today, I did eat french fries.. I had a super craving but the goal is again to stick to calories and since I had the friend no jelly beans or mini krackels today....

Well, that is it. be well.

partner, can we talk about your diet? and nutrition for workouts. P90x and Insanity are not normal workouts. back in the day when I was fitness training, I had to do things differently per workout. so do we now. if you want results, we need to adjust some things, you need to figure out what plan you want to go with. you are young enough to get quick results! me? I'm a goner, but I want to pass on what I learned. lol.

I know I need more protein and I need to get away from the candy. As for as the workouts, I am doing p90x but I am just changing up the cardio. Instead of doing the low cardio x or Kenpo ( which is not allowing me to burn as many calories) I do the Plyo workout from Insanity. I am not really changing up anything drastic. And FYI you are not a goner you look fabulous....

I guess for me, I don't deprive myself because if I do....then its not a cute thing. I try to stay within my daily calories and do the percentages and hope for the best. :-)
