I haven’t posted in a while I just always have the same thing to say over and over so I keep posting it but I have lost some weight recently to my surprise even though I am trying ,shouldn’t be a surprise but I’ve been dieting for so many years I can’t even count that high and I’ve never yet been successful ,(except for when my husband died I did lose a whole Lotta weight then once I was done with the major part of morning I put it back on by eating because I was morning )he’s been gone 13 years I still mourn several times a week over his departing ,but this time dieting seems different, I turn 66 in five more days and I’m actually doing it this time !I’m actually losing weight, i used to be 374 for a very long time I weigh that ,now I am down to 323 and I think I got it this time ! Who would ever know ,I could’ve done this! not me!!!!!!!
