174.2 to start 2015. You know what? I'm not even mad. I made my own choices and being regretful about them now isn't going to change that number.
An upgrade in my mindset and habits, however, will go a long way.
At this time last year I was 173. I'm not in the habit of making resolutions, but 2015 is the year that I will wriggle my way into the maintainable 160s (as I've been in the 170s the last few years).
My anthem for this year is Daft Punk's "Harder Better Faster Stronger".
