All right. My New Years Resolution game plan is as follows:

Lose at least 10 pounds this year

-Get back to exercise at least three days a week, ranging from workout videos to the elliptical/bicycle and walking/running outdoors (weather permitting). The plan is to work my way up in difficulty and length of exercise.

-Learn how to be "full". This is a really hard thing for me, and goes hand-in-hand with my lack of willpower. If there is food and it tastes good, I will eat until I feel almost ill. I understand that's not healthy whatsoever, and I'm learning how to say "no".

-Cutting back on foods with no 'value'. Things like candy, baked goods, most anything anyone brings to the work potlucks. While these taste good, they don't serve any beneficial purpose.

-Food journaling consistently. I used to be so on point with recording my food intake that unless it was in my journal, it didn't go into my body. Now I'm lucky if I get 90% of my food logged.

Be consistent with drawing and reading

-My art skills have atrophied due to lack of time to practice, and it pains me to see the passion from my older pieces is lacking in some of the newer stuff I've done. I want to find time at least once a week to sketch, to keep my mind and pencil moving.

-I have a reading list longer than my arm, and a bad habit of adding titles that come across my path. I am a voracious reader when given the time. The plus side is I've found I can read while on the stationary bike or elliptical at the gym.

So. What are your goals for 2015? Any tips on how to strengthen one's willpower?
