Week 4 Day 2
Well my cousin left and I am sad but happy I get back back to my workouts. Good thing is that I missed yesterday but it was just yoga and I abhore yoga so I don't think I missed out on much.
I think tomorrow is a stretch or something I may do that or do some Zumba i think that would be super fun.
Well, I bought a netti pot and it has rocked my world so I am happy about that. The sneezing has gone down dramatically, I do still have my cough but I think its more sinus than cold. I am still in the process of getting a doctor so I can get some kind of chest xray. I feel great so that is good. I ate ok today.
