Week 4 Day 1
Sooooooo my cousin has been here for a few days and I fell off a little bit. I had some sliders and sangria last night. I DID workout yesterday and did nada today.
I am still coughing but I fell good. I bought a Neti Pot and it was a little weird at first but I like how it makes me feel.
I ate ok today. I am going to have to be late. I actually ok with my wiehh in this week. It sucks that I gain but I lost 1.5 % body fat. I started at like 39% and have been going between that 39 and 40 and today it was 37%.
So I am hoping the 1/2 pound could be muscle.
