Well, I am gaining weight, slowly but surely. I need to step up my game by increase the ‘more’ factor - exercise, meditation, decreases in serving size, and no (more) late night snacks!
I’m feeling a little discouraged, however, looking forward to the needed changes. My health is paramount and I want to be able to enjoy my new way of life.
