been doing excellent,,till tonights supper..exausted, worked alot inside and out, made smash burger on 1 slice w/bread and a huge helping of mac n cheese and corn..BUT I did alos do alot of exersizes to day too..lol back on the progessive rd tomorrow..:)

I know it’s a pain in the derrière but it really helps to prepare something before a big work day/gardening/etc. I do a lot of cook/freeze for those days when I’m busy or simply don’t want to cook.
