I am struggling today dont really know why. Feel like eating anything that crosses my path - not good :(

are you hungry or bored ? can't you maybe take a walk and clear your mind. I kind off felt the same early-on so I went to spar to by n rye role and they had nothing so I ate a orange and I feel better, being a little siekies also makes a person feel down. and the worse part is my cycling race is this coming weekend.

Be strong! Dont deny yourself, that just ends in obsession and then we all know what happens from there - if you must binge, do it on the more healthy things which give you the satisfaction and not the Kg's! You are human and that is OK!

Better thank you Went for a walk and had lunch even resisted a pack of chips. They changed my meds so that could be why I was feeling a bit down Chin up all the way still a long way to go cannot give up now!
