As we all can see - yesterday was not only a fail but an epic F*ck up!!

Anyway, today I am feeling better, and trying some new approaches! Nothing drastic and I also don't want to say what they are until I have gotten the hang of it :)
But I feel good and I didn't when I got up this morning, but I sat in front of the mirror and forced myself to smile and sing a song in my head...

Here's to feeling good, positive and thankful!

@fati - Haha okay I do feel a little better , but still! I ate as if my life depended on it ... !! Today is going better so far :) not the BEST but one step at a time! Changes are really minor and I'm focusing on other things than the whole food thing! Have another goal I set - health related but not weight loss related and another also health related but more mental than weight loss ! Focusing on other changes that are good and healthy might still improve your overall wellbeing even though it doesn't shift the scale and also - it keeps your mind off the eating thing :)

health related goals always work :D cause as u focus on ur health the weight just comes off as a bonus

Yep - so I am focusing on some health goals that have nothing to do with food really... I will let you guys know next week! First need to find my feet :)
