Last couple days I sat more that I moved..which would explain my weight going up a bit...This raining everyday HURTS..ughh and this morn hubby came home from work..he wks at Conagra..they make pizzas, slim jims, cheese danish stuff like that..Marie Calendar pies..an brought me a plate of 2 cheese danish stix..I told him I have already went up in weight..he said..well we dont get these too often at work to bring home..I took one bite and spit it out..nasty...grateful I didnt like them..lol the dogs did..lol back to square one again today!..ps..I made me mashed tators for supper last night..and ate them!..and hr later my stomach looked like I was prego an I felt like poo and fell asleep..thats what carbs do...ughhh no more!

I've found that when you start eating better, the unhealthy stuff just doesn't taste as good. Not liking those is progress!
