Even though my lower back was killing me from all this rain, my wrists too, I got on that treadmill, said u can do this, had faith that God would help me, and I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, walking fast, so its hard to talk..Im 64 with Asthma and I beat my 20-25min..woo hoo 30...can I do it again today..hell no Im tired...hahahaha jst kidding...If Gods not busy when I get on the treadmill!..lol Today we have huge storms coming to Ohio and I am starting to hurt again..not today Satan!... :)
