goooooood mornin..another day off from exercise...another day of storms passin thru...yesterday was rain and storms from sun up till in the early hours this morning...more are headed this direction again today...plans today are just to stay on track with eating...an stay focused...get back into the gym on monday...i have been pullin my sweats up in the waist...guess thats a good sign that even if the scales arent showing a steady loss...just means the inches are comin off anyways...thats something about weight ....once you get so much off, then the pounds dont come off as fast or in a steady pace like the first 80 or so did...the weight still comes off...but not at a steady pace...its now about stickin to the plan an not getting discouraged...knowing that the weight is still coming off but at a slower pace...its so easy to give up and to eat something that at one time tasted good...i did have some of the white sugar coated mini donuts yesterday...they just dint taste as good as they once did...and i find that true with so much of the food that i no longer eat anymore...guess my taste buds have changed to eating healthier...and thats a good thing...mom cooked up some hamburger helper last night...she wanted something different...i turned it down..didnt even have the taste for it..instead had my tasty salad...an smiled....well need to make the bed once again...eat breakfast an get in a comfy chair to watch the next rain storm pass thru...have a greattttttttt day....
