Thanks for the house comment. I wanted something with character. That translated into having all the issues that come with 100 year old buildings, good and bad.

Siegels, we also have an almost 100 year old home. Our fence is the exactly like yours. 🙃 We also have character with our old barn looking home, with people stopping and staring at our house. 😣 My husband had to make a tiny front patio with a fence, that also is like yours, so people are blocked from staring in our kitchen windows. As you say good and bad. We will be investing in a new roof, this year!😩 EXPENSIVE!!😣 The good Siegels is that yours is beautiful!👍💪

shrewdness, I had solar wrapped into my new roof and I got to take both the federal and state tax credits on the whole thing which gave me something like 1/3 off so the solar was "free" vs. just doing the roof. had to choose the right roofing, insulation, etc., but I got a lot of bang for my bucks. are you wearing pants when those people are staring into the windows?

@ Katsolo, you truly crack me up!! I am always wearing pants, now my husband is another issue, maybe that’s why he made the front patio.😁 Scared of solar for the 🤬*@#$%&! governor is now maybe going to punish you for having solar!😡 Yet, I‘ll have my husband research it, thanks.👍 We sale artificial grass, you’re supposed to get breaks on that, because of the drought, when that grass is worn out in 15yrs and has to be thrown in the dump, I know people will be fined! It’s ridiculous!!! Government ran by kindergarteners!!🙃
