My first day back on the Atkins diet. Fell off the wagon last year and gained back 60 of the 80 pounds lost in the three years prior... Feeling depressed, insecure and unhappy with myself. My body hurts and I feel so tired all of the time. I'm sick of upsizing my clothes and feeling so out of shape.
But this isn't my first time on this trip. I have already lost 100+ lbs on this diet twice before and had to overcome morbid obesity that began when I was a teenager. I have considered surgery and have tried almost everything in my lifetime! I know that this is going to have to be a new lifestyle but it's hard being a sugar/carb addict.
Here's hoping that third times a charm and that I can find my happy medium!!!

first step <3 No Beating up on yourself no matter what the golden rule to losing <3 it only makes us eat more <3 2 step an inch is a chinch <3 keep longing the food on your food log <3 and do your best at journaling helps us understand our own feelings better others are able to support us better <3 there will be up days and down days <3 I Know ya Know all of this by the way <3 who cares just keep on keeping on ,,, that's a good start wearing a meter to count my steps has really helped me get into walking ,, I was 244 went on Atkins sorta YouTube has trillions of low carb high protein how to make this and that ,, from November 2013 to June 2014 then went on counting calories ,, now 210 under 200 hundred sounds so so great <3 thanks for your support and welcome to the family I'm here to support ya <3 sweet dreams <3
