Morning weigh in at 214.4. Still waterlogged from all the fluids I drank last night. Only slept 3.5 hours and was up three times. Let's see if we can move some water today.

Down four lbs this week. Staying around 1250 calories and I set a new rule, no eating after 8, and no eating in bed! What a difference it makes. I am so Encouraged!

Maybe the restless sleep did not help either. Only 3.5 hours is tough on the body. Water will come off, I am confident you got this, Bill.

Bill Give it another day. The water will probaly come out today. Just watch how much you drink. I know I sometimes over drink on Lemon Juice and Water and Diet Pepsi. I have cut down to smaller portions on pepsi and water. Alot of times I don't even finish my bottle of pepsi and what the heat in the office and outside, alot of times I have to pitch out 1/2 or more of the bottle.

Are you anti-diuretic pills? Not saying you should do it, just wondering?

I retain water when I'm on my period, and one of my friends suggested to drink that fiber powder. It helped her sister when she was having the same problem. She told me it doesn't help everyone but it did help me.

Draglist, when was the last time you had a HIIT session? That often seems key for you to dump a few easy pounds of water. Because carbs helped get the water there in the first place, my thinking is that the water is hanging out with the glycogen in your muscles and not likely floating in your bloodstream where a water pill would help flush it out that much. Just my two cents.
