Good day today! Woke up really tired and was not really even in the mood to get out of bed but got up and tooka shower had some breakfast and did some work. The morning went very quick and before I knew it, it was early afternoon and I actually FELT like taking a walk... WOW.
I'm really focusing on my attitude and water intake. I only drink bottled water so it is easy to count my intake. I drink around 6 to 8 bottles a day.
Actually wanted fish for dinner! What is happening to me :) I usually don't really care for fish and have to really push myself to eat it once a week. Hubby cooked salmon and it was really good. Had a nice large piece with a salad and got full really fast. Set plate aside to eat more later... better than snacking!
