OMG OMG OMG
I walked for 2 hours today!!! I cannot friggin believe it. I actually added blocks to my walk on my own when I could have taken the easy way.
We don't have a car right now (a good thing and a bad thing) so I wanted to go to the store. Well the past few days we've been going around the park, so the store didn't seem that far. It was about the same amount and felt great. So the store we went to didn't take AMEX (REALLY?) so my Hubby says "You can take the girls (dogs, Laverne and Shirley) home and I will go to the other store". I said, "Nope, you take the girls home and I will walk to the other store"!!! Can you believe that? I volunteered to walk further! I walked over to the next store (about 8 blocks further) did my shopping and then walked home.
I have to say the people on the Biggest Loser were all that was going thru my mind. I kept seeing some of them in the beginning of the Show where they were 300 and 400 pounds and I thought "I can do this" and I DID
What a great DID DAY!!!
