Have been working part time as caregiver but have increased workload to 4-5 days a week as they want me back! Love them all and work really hard to clean up and cook for them but I need a break and am taking the next 3 days off. My aching back.... It's now a little "me" time.. lol Update: Got a call from a woman that desperately needs my help, so now it's only two days off. waaaah. I'm such a softy.

Been there doing that. Don’t over look the power of good support hoses, and a back brace as well as reviewing safe moving guidelines.
Hope your 2 days recharge your body and mind.✨

Do you have friends in the business as well. Try to develop a small network of people that can call on each other to back them up in these situations. Must be people you trust to have the same morals and work ethic that you do. That way everyone stays employed and everyone has an opportunity for a break or even a vacation.

I find that people that trust me always works. Don't have a support network but would love one. Right now, it's pick and choose but I've developed a following and am now restricted to a couple empty days a week. I hope I make a difference in their lives as they have definitely made an impact on mine. Wish all my clients the very best and hope that I can make their life a little easier.

I find that when I'm working, clients/members get up and start moving around more...to help me... lol love their effort and appreciate their movement.
