Ok, I had a really bad weekend. I didn't eat right at all or exercise like I should have. Not real happy with myself but I'm not giving up. It's a new week and I'm starting fresh. You only fail when you give up. I just had a minor set back but I'm getting back on track. Here's to a good, successful week.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 May 2009:
1170 kcal Fat: 35.67g | Prot: 30.03g | Carb: 167.56g.   Breakfast: Broccoli Cuts, activia light yogurt, apple. Lunch: ruffles potato chips, great value light sour cream, light margarine, Instant Mashed Potatoes. Dinner: green giant broccoli cuts. Snacks/Other: Tangelo, green giant brocolli, carrots and italian seasoning. more...

That is so true and you haven't failed by any means. Every day is a new day and every meal is a new start with choices. I didn't feel like I did that great over the weekend either, but then I realized that I am doing so much better now than when I started and I am having feelings over the choices that I make about food and exercise that is a big step.
