Good morning FS Family, I hope that you’re all doing well. I have missed all of you a whole bunch. Today’s breakfast is sprouted grain bread, egg whites, and sprouts grown at home by my husband kale sprouts, topped with black truffle slices.

Fuberahh, thank you. The truffle slices are from an Italian deli by me in Rhoad island. They are very easy to find , Amazon has them. Look for black truffle. The taste is very earthy and nutty. It has a very strong smell, to the point of intense. U absolutely love them . On French fries or eggs . I especially enjoy them with pasta . So look for black truffle slices in a jar .
