gooooood mornin..another day off...had thought about going to the gym this morning...but taking 2 days off wont hurt my body any...and the plan is to get back at it again tomow...get back into the great habit of exercising the food and water back off once again...weight is up couple of pounds, this morning, but i lose that much at night just going to potty room so not to worried about it...just need to stick to the plan today an hopefully show another loss again tomow...get this journey started once again...layed in bed last night thinkin about how once it gets warm enough ...then i can start riding my 21 speed bike around town to get an afternoon workout in as well...also thinkin about ways to reward myself when i hit certain mini goals, but just havent decided what i really want...not anything that i just really want or need...i dont buy stuff just to have it..its gotta be something that i really need...an most of the time i read the reviews about something before i invest my money on it...so....rewarding myself for workin the weight off...will problably just be better fitting clothes and new walking or workout shoes...well...time to get up an make the bed...mom went with me to the store yesterday...i kno she just wanted to get outta the house...i hate when she goes seems like it takes forever to get thru the store...and she always picks up food that neither one of us eats now, but she still likes to eat it at times...like yesterday it was frozen cakes...2/$5.00 a great deal...but also a temptation ....but since i dont get in the freezer that much...i wont see it...lol...well...need to get up an moving once again...have a great one...
