I had a Moerse Breakfast this morning and I am stuffed!!! Well luckily it's healthy, but I know that my portion control is way off !
ANyway, this morning I was 200g down, so if I lose 200g a day I can reach my goal for Saturday which is 63.7kg I know it's not necessarily healthy or good to watch the scale so closely but my engagement shoot is the 20th and I want to FEEL less bloated and fat on that day! So I am doing what I can to get there! My goal is to weigh 62.5 on the 20th - I set mini goals weekly . After that I left a bigger stretch to my next mini goal! It also helps me to have weekly goals, cause if it's motnhly halfway along the month I stop doing what I do cause the time span is too big ! With it being weekly - i am forced to pay more attention...
Tomorrow morning will have eggs again - will only have my oats 1-2 times a week now.
