should have...could have...but didnt listen...goood morning...woke to the sound of my alarm clock this morning..had to drag my body outta bed this morning..body said take the day off an get the rest..mind said...its only your fourth day...you can do it...well...i went to the gym and i did it...but...body knew best...over the last four years, ive tried to listen to my body most of the time, but there are times i have pushed thru a workout thinkin one more day...an then a break...well workout is over..i am tired...and another day of doing errands, but in the rain today...lest its rain an not snow...have weighed in ..an weight is the same right now...hopefully later it will drop alittle ...i did eat more yesterday then i normally do, an it had more salt then i have been having...so just means tweaking the food journal today an getting baack on track..get back to what works an stick with it...have a great one..
