You are losing weight like there is no tomorrow at 2000 kcal at 40% both carbs and fat!!!

Tassos, the flip side to that is, just think about how much I used to eat while I was gaining!!??...
Honestly, it's mostly just meal choices now, with a reasonable amount of portion control.
(Point tracking vs. choices 🤔)
You GOTTA enjoy your chosen diet plan, or it's all gonna be a wash!
