its friday...for all of you that keep track..lol...they are callin for snow/rain today...hopefully it will just be rain...depending on the temps...was in the upper 3os yesterday an was so cold out with the wind blowing...brrr...them few days of 70s spoiled me really fast...had to put away the summer clothes an drag the winter ones back out once again...didnt go to the gym again today...was awake before the alarm clock but then rolled back over an just gettin up again...guess my body just needs some days off to rest...that an i just think i didnt want to get out in the cold air...lol...till i just had to...today i will do dumb bell workou of some kind to get a workout in, just to get some movement ...did some outside activity yesterday ...cutting down last years flower sprouts before they started new ones this year...grass is growing in some patches already...wont be long once the sun is out enough an the ground warms up....an really im ready to cut grass and enjoy the sunny days again...im a sun person more then a winter person...snow is nice, but i enjoy the feel of the sun on my body...well...guess i need to get up an make the bed...fix my cup of green tea...and shell my egg...get this day started...get with the program again today...need to cook ahead again today...stick with a plan that works for me...have a great one...

forgot to add this in...mom got bored yesterday an made a batch of peanut butter cookies ...i could smell something thru the house as she was making it, but thought she was cookin her supper early...then i walked in the kitchen and there set the cookies...all i could think was lets give them to the neighbors mom...lol...i could set down an eat them all...but i kno i cant...an i also know one leads to another...soooooooooo...just gonna do my best of not giving in...and if i do....well...then its up to me to find an exercise to work em off...
