I can't let the peaches just go bad, right?! Eating several a day doesn't seem to be stopping weight loss. And so, yummy.

Yes I know, but not keto. I skinned and froze the rest of them. They were beginning to go bad, so I had to rescue them. Now I can get back to my usual discipline. And we can have peach pie for Thanksgiving and Christmas to look forward to.

If we had peaches in our garden. We didn't have much of a garden. It was scorched as the heat rose.

Mmm...peaches go with almost everything and 2 grams of fiber! Awesome. Enjoy your bounty. You can always freeze some for the coming fall/winter to add to holiday recipes as a surprise ingredient. Just saying. BTW welcome back, I've missed seeing you here.

If the good Lord gives you a bumper crop , I always figure He wants them to be eaten!! One year we had a really rainy July, we had cantaloupes up the ying yang!! And sweet banana peppers ,grew like wild things!! Peaches can be canned in water with a bit of Artificial sweetener, if you really have bushels full. So the goodness keeps on giving!!

I should just become a fruitarian for the summer months. I'm a gardener, so I've got strawberries in June, blueberries in July, blackberries in early August, then peaches and apples. When they come in, it's a lot of food.

We are suppose to eat seasonally & locally. Our bodies are spoilt & confused by the availability of imports. I know mine is.
I'm not complaining that we have an overabundance.
