I am still finding it hard to get the right amount of calorie/fat/carb mixture. For now am focusing on the carbs. I had a bad day Thursday, I went to Chilis and had a quesidilla. I did not realize haw many carbs are in a stupid tortilla. Thank goodness I only ate half and that had triple the carbs I am suppose to have in a day. Oh well, today is starting out pretty good. Work up very early thanks to Tal. Den and I had some alone time and I ate my MIM. I started the Plexus Slim yesterday. I hope this does what it claims. I am going to post my weight once a week instead of everyday. Maybe I won't be so obsessed about it then.
