Doing ok, it's been 3 weeks and have lost 6 lbs, going to Zumba each week. I just need to get more motivated to exercise in between days of Zumba classes.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

I want to try Zumba. How hard is it?

It depends on how active you are. I was not active and have bad knees. I started with one class one week then two classes then made it through all 3 classes last week. My instructor is awesome and lets me go at my own pace and modify jumping and squatting. I really enjoy it the music is fun and the hour just flies by. I always look forward to going.

I love Zumba!! I did classes and then bought the DVDs, I liked the friendship of the classes but I found that the DVDs are much harder!

The think the people in the class is what helps, everyone is so supportive no matter what a persons size is. They help keep you motivated.

Yeah I completely agree plus it was fun to watch like 70 year old women shaking their butts :) One day though someone tooted and it was pretty hard to catch your breath with all that movement lol
