Day two of 1600 calories worked pretty good. Ate 865 at work and then another 788 for dinner. Went over by 53 calories but I'll make that up this week. Tomorrow night we are going to the Kennedy Center for dinner and a show so I will probably eat very light if at all before that. Will attempt to stay within my 1600 but may have to do an adjustment day on Friday. Weight, water, and fat percentages looking great again tonight. Definitely seeing the downward trend with the new calorie level. Weight lifting and some treadmill later tonight, too.
