Ycandrea, 46 carbs, but I don't count carbs. I do eat them in moderation due to calorie content.

Mark, I add various marinades or spices...whatever I'm feeling at the time. I usually cook it in the oven...about 20 minutes @ 400°. Sometimes I finish it off a minute or 2 under the broiler to crisp it up a little. You can also pan sautée it in a little olive oil or put it on the grill.

Eral, no reason for guilt. I save enough calories each day to have a filling, satisfying dinner. If you have room in your calorie budget, you can eat whatever you want 😁
