Not a home run, but heading back in the right direction. Gonna stick with EOD lifting and maintenance calories for a bit. Dropped my back off front squat set. Not my regular bar. Plates too active, spinning around. Bar kept rolling hard into my trachea, then back out. Finally dumped. Caught in my forearms and was able to rack and recover with no undue drama or assist.
Feel good. Kabob shop for dinner. Struggling to hit my calories for the day.
