I'm feeling a little frustrated because I was doing so good 11 days ago and now it's like I've not even lost anything. And I've been eating pretty pretty healthy I think my water intake has been a little less than usual maybe that's where the weight gain is coming from I don't know but it's very confusing infrustrating.
