Another night of interrupted sleep 😒😴 Ate under goal yesterday, although I may have underestimated my 1/2 wrap.
Grocery shopping & Library this afternoon. Did some gardening when I got home...No exercise/ yoga routine but I did walk.
Pizza & salad for dinner. Ate under goal again today. I had popcorn for lunch.
Hubby & I watched "Bosch" on Amazon tonight. We like this show. Happy it's back but sorry it's the last season.
Think I'll take a sleep aide tonight. I have to be up a little earlier to go meet my Sis for lunch & some shopping. I don't want to be lying awake at 4 AM again.
