Trying to modify the Atkins for me--cannot not eat fruit anymore! I am trying to watch my carbs but along with calories so that I eat less calories--under 1200 per day. I am at a standstill with the Atkins for sure. Yesterday, however, I fell off the wagon pretty good. I had 65 g carbs!! Yikes. Anyway, back at it today and exercising later!! Feel pretty good-a little bloated, will drink lots of water today.
