I've been so busy outside in the yard planting flowers, landscaping..and opening the pool that I havent been writing down my food and today was my first day in almsot 2 wks to do my exersizes..so Im back in the saddle again..supper is a salad made like a big mac..but if them damn lays chips ontop that fridge keep starin at me!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
