gooooooooood morning everyone!!!....28 with a wind chill of 18..to cold for a morning walk, and although i havent been for a morning walk in several days i have been gettin a different kind of workout...yesterday instead of workin on a trucks transmission, we workd on a tree....size of the tree at the trunk was about 3 foot...so brian used his chain saw on it to cut it up in chunks an then half of it we loaded on the truck manually, the other half with the use of a tractor...made 2 truckloads...i woke up this morning sore in my arms an shoulders...another 9 hour sleep last night...just cant seem to get with the time change..or else im just workin to hard thru the day...not sure if i have the day off today or if we are gonna work on another tree...have to call him this morning after he gets to moving to find out...im gettin where im kinda lookin forward to saturday an sunday an time off!!!...lolo...i kno after that first load of wood yesterday morning i was so tired i almost fell asleep at the computer on my lunch time...so drank another protein shake to get me motivated again...had no problem sleepin last night...and spent even less time walkin back an forth to the potty room cause i havent been gettin all my water thru the day...like i normally do...so gonna get up in a few an find breakfast..get motivated an get on the floor an do crunches to limber up some..do some stretching also...so have a great day!!!...catch you all when i have a few extra minutes to spare...

The chainsaw is scarry to me! You are doing manual labor. That is making you sleep long and hard - huh! You are such a good friend to help your buddy Brian. I miss seeing the green light flashing next to your name in the early, early morning, but I understand completely about the shift in times. This summer when I am not teaching school - I will not be getting up at 4:30 am.
