Sounds to me like you need to be your own sun. Have you tried switching up your workout? Sometimes the excitement of something new is enough to get me motivated. I know yesterday for me was one of the longest days at work, because I was so excited to get home and start the Crunches and Punches challenge. On my way home, I had to make a few stops and I almost lost the drive to do my workout when I got home, but I remembered how I felt all day and let that rekindle the flame. Maybe you can tap into a time when you were extremely motivated and that will help you get through today.

I know what you mean about the sun not visiting lately. As for the motivation, are you keeping up on your vitamins? B-complex is great along with a good one-aday and I like B-12. Might be worth a try. Hope your day improves and love the flowers.:)

Vitamin D and omega-3 oils are supposed to be good for mood. Also, just making yourself do something can boost your mood because you'll feel proud of yourself when you accomplish something.
