in Texas I had to cover the pool it was a mess but here I don't have to so it's easy to clean just add more salt and more salt and more salt

We lost our pool in the derecho last year. We're on the list to get a new one put in, probably not until June/July....miss it 😢

Our pool and spa are year around. I'm OCD when it comes to keeping skimmers and filter clean. pH is always balanced and chlorination ideal. I brush and net it weekly. It sparkles and is always ready. Told you I was OCD.

I don't have a pool anymore, not a "cement pond" anyway. I have a large almost 8 acre lake that's 15 ft deep, with a dock. That's my "swimming hole." We used to have a pool but we moved. I miss it, but then again, I don't miss the upkeep. I'm very thankful for the years we had it though, when my son was in high school and college. Great memories.
