This is my best chocolate cake recipe. The frosting is a favorite and even my wife uses for her baking business from time to time. The cake is scratch made and pretty amazing too. I make about 4 of these cakes per year which is plenty I think.

@sharynn, we don’t believe in deprivation of any foods. Have cake on birthdays. I learned it’s important to show the kids it’s OK to eat anything in moderation and not live in a diet society.

The nachos weren’t bad either 😂 or my best eating day, but it all works out with the 5-6 days of workouts and moderate eating. The best part about this app over the last 10 years is that I’ve learned to eat. I can tell you about how many calories are in just about anything. Usually you don’t want to know, but you should. Especially if you haven’t been able to live at a healthy weight. BTW, 30 tortilla chips are 450 calories. 😲

It’s all about balancing. You can eat everything- or indulge every blue monkey- but then you get back & eat normally. This app keeps you accountable to yourself. Because this a way to eat for life.
