A few ponds here and there...weight loss continues...got my workout in and now I have to shovel the 2 ft. of snow that fell last night...school is canceled so my lunch routine will be different
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
