I am wondering if I should worry about calories at all...not sure. I am right about at or under 20% Net Carbs but my RDI in calories is a little above what is recommended.
I hope I lose weight on this diet or style of life. I feel so great and feel like I am thinner but the scale is still at 181 or 182. I will just keep trying! I really want to get the book. One thing for sure is that I am not hungry on this diet at all! YAY-but only YAY if it makes me lose weight too!

Lots of great get you started info on the free atkins.com website. Tutorials, food lists, do's and don'ts, etc... It's a tough call, but a lot of people get tripped up w/ those darn Atkins bars. If you feel they might cause you problems...eliminate them for a couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. As far as your calories, I will take a look...but most do well in the 1500-1800 range (rough estimate) depending on your height, weight and how much you need to lose.
